Paloma Da Silva serves as CEO. Kevin Chavez serves as COO and research director. The organization is designed for founder accountability, independent review, and counsel-led decisions on conflicts, grants, data, export controls, and government contracting.
Our current work is founder-led and uses synthetic, public, or explicitly approved low-risk material. We make no claims of production readiness, compliance certification, classified readiness, or customer-data readiness.
